Learn to track your customer's progress in a course, membership, or product you offer in your Product Progress Report.

In this article:

Overview

The Product Progress Report allows you to track your customer's progress through your Product, number of logins, start date, and date of last login.

This report displays up to 1000 customers at a time. In response to your feedback, Kajabi redesigned the Product Progress report to improve visibility and give you more insight into the progress of each individual customer.

Focus your report by using filters for customer name, customer email, or by custom segment

Product progress is tracked by progress on the Video or Assessment uploaded into the Course Lesson, or by Quiz completion. If the Course Lesson does not contain a Video or Assessment, progress can only be tracked if the "Mark as complete" button is clicked.

Tip:
If the Product Progress Report fails to update, you may need to update your Product Template. This can occur if your Product has the "Mark as Complete" button removed instead of hidden. Hiding this button instead of removing it will enable Video Progress tracking.
