Muting a contact
Mute Customers to revoke their ability to create posts within your Legacy Community Product(s) and revoke their ability to comment on the posts of other Customers.
Muting Customers will not affect their Contacts Profile in your Contacts tab.

How to mute a customer
To mute a customer:
- Open the Contacts tab from the Dashboard.
- Then, select the name of the person you would like to Mute.

How to unmute a customer
To unmute your customer:
- Open the Contacts tab from the Dashboard.
- Then, select the name of the person you would like to Unmute.
