All new members will receive an automated email after purchasing or being granted an Offer with a link to the Login Page of your site.
This link can also be reached with your URL with the addition of /login. For example, your login page would be yourdomain.com/login.
Depending on how the Member received access to an Offer will determine the automatic emails they receive.
- Purchased an Offer: Your Member will receive the Purchase Confirmation Email containing a congratulatory message and the link to the Login Page of your site. Learn the purchase flow of a new Member.
- Granted an Offer: Your Member will receive the Offer Grant Confirmation email containing a congratulatory message and the link to the Login Page of your site and the Member Welcome email with a new Member's login credentials. If the Offer is granted to an existing Member, your Member will only receive the Offer Grant Confirmation email. Learn to edit the automated emails sent by your site.
If your Member has misplaced their login information, learn to reset your Member's password.

Your Member may receive additional emails if configured in the Offer After Purchase Settings.
