Learn to duplicate your Assessment. Assessments can be used to create tests and surveys for your Course Products and Site Pages.
Duplicate your assessment
Duplicate your Assessment to use in various locations on your site:
- Open the Contacts tab from the Dashboard.
- Click Assessments.
- Locate the Assessment you wish to duplicate or create a new one.
- Navigate to the Assessments tools to the right of your Assessment title.
- Click the
...More Options icon to the right of your Assessment title, then select duplicate. - Your duplicated Assessment will be titled with the original Assessment title and its Copy Number. For example, "Original Title - Copy 1":
Please go here if you wish to learn more about duplicating a Product. Please note that duplicating a Course Product will not also duplicate the Assessment attached to that Product, the Assessment will still need to be duplicated.
Note:
If you encounter an error when attempting to duplicate your assessment, check any Automations that may be attached to your Assessment to ensure that they are set up correctly. If there is an issue with your Automation (e.g., invalid email address in a "Send an email automation") your Assessment may not duplicate successfully. If you do not see your Assessment appear when attempting to attach your Assessment, you may first need to create a new Assessment or duplicate an existing Assessment to use in a separate Course Lesson.
Note:
The Assessment feature inside of Courses has been sunset. This feature may still appear in older accounts. The Quizzes feature is now available inside of Courses and offers advanced functionality. Assessments can still be added to Web Pages.
