User flow to choose their price
"Choose what you pay" and "Donate" pricing options are not native features in Kajabi. Although this is not a native feature, creating a "Choose what you pay" or "Donate" pricing options can be accomplished with the many available features with Kajabi.
Take a look at how your site visitors can select from multiple pricing options to choose their price.
Step 1. Create duplicate offers
Create similar Offers with different prices attached to a single button and create an intuitive purchasing experience for your customers while giving them the freedom and the flexibility to select your suggested pricing.
Begin by creating the original Offer. This Offer will serve as the Offer to be cloned to create multiple, similar Offers. Read How to Create an Offer for details.
After creating your original Offer learn How to Clone an Offer to create multiples of the same Offer. Your cloned Offers will contain the same configurations as the original Offer.
Now that you have created multiples of the same Offer, let's begin pricing each Offer for your customers to select from.
- Open the Products tab from the Dashboard.
- Click the Offers tab.
- Select the first Offer you wish to edit.
- Click Edit Price.
- Select your desired Pricing Option.
- Configure the Pricing settings.
- Click Save to keep your changes.
- Repeat the process of editing the pricing for each cloned Offer:

Step 2. Create your sales page
After creating your multiple pricing options with the cloned Offers, create and design your Sales Page to display your cloned Offers.

After you have selected your Theme, design your Page.
Add a Pricing Section
- In the left sidebar, click Add Section.
- Scroll down to Offers & Pricing.
- Select a Section that best fits your sales page vision. The Offer Storefront and Pricing Cards are great options for displaying multiple Offers.
- Configure your selected Offers & Pricing section by attaching each Offer to each Block in the Section.
- Click Save to keep your changes:
In this example, we use an Offer Storefront to showcase the different pricing options. However, you can use a variety of different sections to showcase your pricing options including Features, Pricing Cards, and more! Here are a few examples of Sections to showcase your pricing options:
Test different sections to select the Section Type that best fits your design vision.
Step 3. Share your link
Share your newly created, "choose what you pay" sales page by linking it to your desired location. This can be accomplished in your Store, an Email Campaign, your Homepage, social media and more!
Store
First, copy the link to your Sales Page. Read How to Copy Your Page Link for details.
- Open the Website tab.
- Select Store from your list of standard website pages.
- Click Customize.
- Click Offer Storefront from the sidebar editor.
- Add a Card block to your Storefront. Learn more
- Select Go to a URL in the Card Action dropdown.
- Paste your Page URL in the text box.
- Change the Price text box to indicate the option to choose their price.
- Customize your Card block.
- Click Save to keep your changes:
After linking your Sales Page, customize your Custom Card.
Homepage
Customize your Homepage (Theme Home) to advertise your "Choose what you pay" Sales Page with a Call to Action (CTA).
Linking your Sales Page from your Homepage can be achieved with various sections. Test different sections to see which design fits your vision best.
In this example, we will guide you through the steps of designing a custom Homepage with a Call to Action to link to your "Choose what you pay" Sales Page.
- If you haven't already, create your Custom Homepage.
- In the left sidebar, click Add Section.
- Under Basic Content, select Call to Action.
- Click Text to open the Block Editor.
- Open the Call to Action settings.
- In the Text box, replace "Call To Action" with text to display on the button (for example, "Choose what you pay" or "Donate")
- Use the Button Action dropdown to select Go to a Landing Page.
- Open the dropdown menu and select the title of your Sales Page.
- Then, customize the text and appearance of your Section.
- Click Save to keep your changes.
Social Media
Share your "Choose what you pay" Sales Page by copying your Page URL and posting the URL to your Social Media accounts. Be sure to customize the SEO and Sharing settings for your Sales Page to generate in the preview of your Social Media accounts.
Alternative third-party payment systems
Creating pricing options or payment methods that give your members the flexibility to choose their own price for your Products greatly depends on your vision for this type of pricing. If you wish to utilize third-party payment systems to offer your Products at a price your members determine, create a Zap with Zapier between your desired third-party payment system and Kajabi.
Using Zapier to connect your third-party payment system to Kajabi can give you access to "choose what you pay" or "donate" type pricing. Then, when a price is chosen or a donation is given, the Zapier integration will notify Kajabi to grant an Offer to your customer.
