Legacy Platforms to Kajabi
In 2015, we launched our flagship platform, Kajabi while continuing to support our legacy products, Kajabi Classic, Kajabi Next, and Megaphone. These legacy products have helped grow tens of thousands of businesses and we are extremely grateful for the opportunity.
However, the time has come to say goodbye to our legacy platforms and direct our focus entirely on Kajabi, the more modern, feature-packed platform. Directing our focus to Kajabi allows us to maintain better security and develop the best-of-breed functionality to aid in your success.
Important dates to keep in mind:
On April 15, 2020, Kajabi Next and Megaphone will be shut down.
On April 30, 2020, Kajabi Classic will be shut down.
- April 15: Shut down checkout/new member functionality and shut down for Kajabi Next and Megaphone for good. This means no new members will be able to sign up on Kajabi Classic or Next after this date!
- April 15, 24, and 29: Kajabi Classic will be entirely unavailable from 11 am to 3 pm Pacific time as part of a “brownout”. Any existing users will see a message about the upcoming shutdown and be unable to use the platform during those hours.
- April 30, 2020: Kajabi Classic will be shut down for good.

What happens to my monthly payment?
We will be shutting down rebilling starting on March 15th, 2020. If you feel you were rebilled in error during this window, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
