Your Perfect Customer - Hesitations
In this lesson, we will do a series of exercises to help you speak to your perfect customer's hesitations and put yourself in a place that will allow you to get through. Before we start, it is important to frame your mind in a way where you are now creating resources and content for your Perfect Customer.
To begin this lesson, brainstorm some objections your potential customer may have. Jot down 3-5 objections. Some examples could be price or they may not be able to meet the time commitment. You know your perfect customer best! Pause this video and when the objections list is complete, press play.
See I knew you could do it! Moving onto the next exercise in this activity, list out all of the reasons they have not been successful in the past. For example, if your perfect customer is someone who wants to get in shape and adopt a ketogenic lifestyle, what has stopped them in the past? Why were they not successful? Pause this video and take some time to jot these reasons down. When you are completed, press play, I'll be here waiting.
For the last exercise in this lesson, identify all of the roadblocks that stand in your Perfect Customer's way for achieving success along with how you will help them through the roadblock.
And just like that you now have a comprehensive list of who you are talking to, what they want to achieve, why they have been unable to achieve this goal, and ways you will be able to speak directly to your perfect customer.
