What can I expect during a 1-on-1 Session?
During your 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions with a CSM, the goal is to get to know your business, learn more about your objectives, and work together with you to strategize actionable next steps on Kajabi.
Calls may include, but are not limited to the following topics:
- Strategizing next steps
- Best practices on the platform
- Tips and tricks to save you time
- And much more!

When can I meet with my Customer Success Manager?
Your Success Session calls are free to schedule on your terms!
In the Access portal in the app, you’ll find the available time slots for 1:1 calls with our Customer Success Managers. Learn more.
While Access members are free to schedule 1:1 calls as and when they need them, we do ask you to be courteous and reasonable with your call requests and to not take advantage of Access so that we can accommodate all Access subscribers. So, please do not schedule a call for every day during a week or month period, and no more than one call a day.
How to join your 1-on-1 Session Call
Please be sure to have downloaded Zoom in order to access your CSM calls.
On the day of your scheduled meeting, follow these instructions to join your call at the scheduled time:
- Log into your Kajabi account and visit your Dashboard.
- Open Settings.
- Click the Kajabi Access tab.
- Select your Booking for that day.
Please Note: The Zoom link for your meeting will appear 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of your call. - Click Join Zoom Call.
Can I access a recording of my 1-on-1 Session call?
Access a recording of your 1-on-1 Session call to review and refer to later! To access a recording, request that your 1-on-1 Session be recorded at the beginning of your call.
Can a member of my team join my session?
Absolutely! With Kajabi Access, Account Users can view and access your scheduled sessions from their account.

Be sure to inform your CSM before your 1-on-1 Session to allow your team member or virtual assistant (VA) into the 1-on-1 Session waiting room.
How to Reschedule or Cancel your Session
If you need to reschedule or cancel a Customer Success Manager Session, you can do so by accessing your Kajabi Account.
You can start by canceling your upcoming Session:
- Log into your Kajabi account and visit your Dashboard.
- Open Settings.
- Click the Kajabi Access tab.
- Click the
