What can I expect during a Success Session?
During your 1-on-1 coaching sessions with a Customer Success Manager, the goal is to get to know your business, learn more about your objectives, and work together with you to strategize actionable next steps on Kajabi.
Calls may include, but are not limited to the following topics:
- Strategizing next steps
- Best practices on the platform
- Tips and tricks to save you time
- And much more!

When can I meet with my Customer Success Manager?
To schedule a Success Session with your dedicated Customer Success Manager, redeem a call credit in your Access Dashboard to schedule your session. Learn more
Your Success Session Credits become available based on your Kajabi Plan:
- If you have an annual plan with Kajabi Access, you will receive all 6 Success Session Credits upfront to schedule your call anytime during your annual cycle.
- For monthly plans, you will get 1 credit every other month to total 6 Success Sessions in a year from the day you get started with Kajabi Access.
And remember, unused Success Session Credits do not roll-over. Be sure to schedule your calls before the end of the annual cycle for your plan!
How to Schedule your Complimentary Activation Call
Each new customer has the opportunity to schedule a complimentary Activation call with a Customer Success Manager.
To schedule your Activation call:
- Log into your Kajabi account and visit your Dashboard
- Click on the Settings tab
- Scroll down to Account Settings
- Click Kajabi Access
How to Join your Success Session Call
Please be sure to have downloaded Zoom in order to access your Customer Success calls.
On the day of your scheduled meeting, please follow these instructions to join your call at the scheduled time:
- Click on the Settings tab
- Scroll to Account Settings
- Click on the Kajabi Access tab
- Select your Booking for that day (Please Note: The Zoom link for your meeting will appear 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of your call.)
- Click Join Call
Can I access a recording of my Success Session call?
Access a recording of your Success Session call to review and refer to later! To access a recording, request that your Success Session be recorded at the beginning of your call.
Can a member of my team join my Success Session?
Absolutely! With Kajabi Access, Account Users can view and access your scheduled sessions from their account. Learn to get to the Access Dashboard
Be sure to inform your Customer Success Manager before your Success Session to allow the member of your team or a virtual assistant (VA) into the Success Session waiting room.
How to Reschedule or Cancel your Success Session
If you need to reschedule or cancel a Customer Success Session, you can do so by accessing your Kajabi Account. You can start by canceling your upcoming Session:
- Log into your Kajabi account and visit your Dashboard
- Click on the Settings tab
- Scroll down to Account Settings
- Click Kajabi Access
- Find the booking you’d like to reschedule and click cancel
From here, to reschedule your Success Session you'll need to:
- Navigate back to the Kajabi Access Dashboard and click Schedule Call
- Select your new time slot and confirm
- Check your inbox for an appointment confirmation!
Are you brand new to Kajabi? Your first Success Session Credit will be made available at the end of your trial period!
