Crafting Your Pipeline
Welcome back! In this lesson, we will walk you through the main components of a Pipeline and the part each element plays.
The first component is found in every OVO Pipeline, the Opt-in Form.
The Opt-in Form is used to capture the email addresses of your leads. This Form is created and stored in your Kajabi Account and can be used in different pages of your site including your Pipeline.
The next component is the heading.
The Heading is best used to grab the attention of your page viewers. This can be accomplished with a captivating statement or question that resonates with your perfect customer.
Another component is the short description.
The short description is generally 1-2 sentences to describe your value and how it will provide your potential customers with some form of transformation.
Features are another common component in Pipelines.
Features are bite-sized pieces describing how your value will impact the subscriber. This can be anything from how your value will help your subscriber to content your subscribers will receive from this value in exchange for their email address.
Thank you Page
Now this next one may seem self-explanatory, but it is instrumental when moving people from your Pipeline to more free content you have.
The Thank you page is used to:
- Inform your new subscribers on how to access the value you promised.
- Direct your new subscribers to access more of your free content.
Value is what your new subscribers receive in exchange for their email address.
Value is commonly delivered as a:
- an audio file,
- a free mini course,
- a free trial,
- access to a private community,
- or a coupon code.
Value can help your potential customers see a form of transformation in a part of their life, business, health, or finances. The value you offer depends entirely on you and your niche.
Many industry leaders believe that the value you offer should be worth around $50-$100. Providing this amount of value will encourage your potential customers to commit to completing the value because they will feel as if they struck gold to receive that much value.
The Extra Mile
You are in charge of this first interaction. While all of the components mentioned make up your Pipeline, you direct the conversation.
Stay at the forefront of your new subscriber's mind by following up (manually or with the power of Automations) to check-in and find out if they have any questions.
By going the extra mile, you will be more likely to convert this subscriber to a paid customer and ultimately become a loyal customer.
