The purchase information page updates are being released in phases to ensure stability and is currently available to Access members. With the new experience and your current experience you can proceed with the steps listed below to complete a refund for your Members.

Refund your member
Perform a full refund for your Member(s) directly from Kajabi:
- Open the People tab from the Dashboard.
- Search or Filter your People to locate the Member you wish to refund.
- Select the name of the Member you wish to refund.
- Click Purchases.
- Select view for the Offer to refund.
- Then, select Refund under the "Transaction Activity" card:
Partial refunds are not available natively on Kajabi. If you wish to provide your Member(s) with a partial refund, perform the action in the payment processor used to process the payment(s) (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).
