Yes, by default Assessments on a landing page include an opt-in form to help you build your list!

Assessments are a great tool for creating standardized tests and surveys to be used in your Course Products and Landing Pages.

Note:
The Assessment feature inside of Courses has been sunset. This feature may still appear in older accounts. The Quizzes feature is now available inside of Courses and offers advanced functionality. Assessments can still be added to Web Pages.

When a page visitor completes your Assessment, they are prompted to subscribe to your email list with their name and email address:

Note:
The Assessment opt-in displayed at the completion of your Assessment is generated by default and cannot be customized.

Want to preview your visitor experience with your assessment?

Open an incognito window or a separate browser to test your Assessment on your landing page. Then, complete your Assessment to view the opt-in page!
