If you are on the Basic Kajabi Plan, you have access to Live Chat during business days from:
6am-5pm Pacific Time!
Live Chat is not available outside regular business hours if you are on the Basic Kajabi Plan. Please feel free to reach out to us by submitting a request for assistance outside the regular business hours.

Growth or Pro Plan
If you are on the Growth or Pro Kajabi plan, you have access to 24/7 Live Chat!
How to access Live Chat from Kajabi
To access Live Chat from your Kajabi dashboard:
- Click the Help tab on the bottom left corner of your screen.
Here you can access the Help Center, Live Trainings, contact support via email, or live chat!
- Select Live Chat.
- Click Live Chat again in the bottom right corner of the prompt.
- Choose between Support or Billing in the Select a Department dropdown.
- Enter your initial message in the Message text box field.
- Click Start Chat.
- Ask any question you'd like or simply let us know how we can help:
