If you are using Stripe and wish to receive notifications when a Member changes their payment information (e.g., cancels their subscription) update your Member Subscription & Payments Email Notifications in your Account settings.
Note:
These notifications are only applicable to purchases using Stripe for payment processing.
To update your Member Subscription & Payments Email Notifications in your Account settings:
- Select Settings from your Dashboard.
- Locate the Account section and click Notifications & Privacy.
- Locate Member Subscription & Payments from the Email Notifications section.
- Check or uncheck relevant notifications.
- Click Save when you are finished:
