To customize your contact page:
- Open the Website tab from the Dashboard.
- Click Pages.
- Select the Contact page from your list of website pages:
With the website builder, your contact page is pre-built with a Form section to encourage your visitors to reach out to you and your team.

How to add a form to your contact page
Step 1. Create a new form
First, create a Form for your site visitors to complete and submit in order to reach out to you and your team. This Form will be set up to trigger an email notification to those you specify.
To create a form:
- Open the Marketing tab from the Dashboard.
- Click Forms.
- Navigate to the top right corner and click Add a New Form. Learn more
- Enter a title for your Form to easily identify later.
- Then, click Save:
To customize your form:
- Add a new Field to your Form to capture your visitor's message. We recommend using the Text Area field.
- Navigate to the "After Submission" section of the editor.
- Enable Send a notification to your team.
- Enter the email address you wish to notify and click Enter on your keyboard to apply.
- Click Save to keep your changes:

Step 2. Attach your form to your contact page
After creating your "Contact Us" Form, you can now add your Form to your contact page.
To attach your Form:
- Open the Website tab from the Dashboard.
- Click Pages.
- Select the Contact page.
- Click the Opt-in Form Section you want to edit or click Add Section to create a different Form section.
- Click Form & Text, then Add.
- Next, click to open the Form.
- Select your "Contact Us" Form from the dropdown to populate your selected Form in the Block.
- Customize your Form Block Heading text to communicate the purpose of the Form.

How am I notified when a visitor submits my contact form?
After attaching your "Contact Us" Form to your contact page, your site visitors can complete the Form to reach out to you and your team (depending on the email address specified in the Form).
When a site visitor submits your Contact Us Form, the email address specified in the "After Submissions" settings of your Form will receive a notification from Kajabi Support:
