Learn to view your ticket and chat history in the Kajabi Help Center.
In this article:
Step 1. Sign into the Help Center
Access your activity history with Kajabi (i.e., chat and tickets submitted) by logging into the Kajabi Help Center with your Kajabi Account information.
To sign in:
- Open the Help Center sidebar menu.
- Navigate to the bottom of the sidebar panel.
- Click Sign in.
- Enter your Kajabi login credentials.
- Click Sign in:
Step 2. View "My Activities"
After signing in, reopen the sidebar panel to view your activities:
- Open the Help Center sidebar menu.
- Navigate to the bottom of the sidebar panel.
- Click your name.
- Select My Activities:
Step 3. Review your ticket history
In your Activities Dashboard, view your chat and ticket history:
