When will the Kajabi Special Event webinar recording (announcing Kajabi Access) be available?
If you were registered to attend the Kajabi special event webinar, you will receive an email with a link to access the recording within 24 hours.
How much does it cost?
You can add Kajabi Access to your existing Kajabi plan for $99 per month. It is available as an add-on to all monthly and annual plans.
How do I sign up?

How do I find my Access dashboard?
Under the Settings section of Kajabi, you will see a tab titled Access, where you will be taken to your Access dashboard.

How do I redeem my Success Session call credits?
In your Kajabi account, under Account Settings, redeem your Success Session call credits to schedule your call with the Customer Success Manager of your choice. Learn more
Are Access members free to schedule their 1:1 Success Session calls? Or do they get a predefined schedule? How quickly can they schedule all 6 calls?
Your Success Session calls are free to schedule on your terms!
In the Access portal in the app, you’ll be able to schedule time slots with the Success Manager of your choice. Learn more
Access members on an annual plan are given the ability to schedule their Success Session calls throughout their plan term, while Access members on a monthly plan will be issued a Success Session call credit every other month
Do my Success Session call credits expire?
Call credits expire one year after being issued.
How long is each Success Session?
Each Success Session is 45 minutes in duration.
If we have admins who help us manage our Kajabi site, can they access these Success Sessions?
Yes, they can! Any admin in your Kajabi account can schedule a Success Session via the scheduling page.
What if I use all of my 6 success sessions before the end of the year? Can I pay for more?
Currently, we are not offering additional success sessions a la carte, but we will continue to update you as Kajabi Access grows!
What are the weekly Hero Hub office hours and how do I access them?
Weekly Hero Hub office hours are a forum for you and other Kajabi Heroes to join our Customer Success team to discuss strategy or ask any questions that are top of mind.
Hero Hub Office hours will be hosted from 8 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm Pacific Time.

What happens to my Success Session call credits if I cancel my Kajabi Access subscription?
You will lose any unused Success Session call credits at the time your Kajabi Access subscription is downgraded or removed.
Should you decide to re-add your Kajabi Access Subscription, you will start back at 6 Success Session call credits since any previous subscription call credits will have been lost.
How do I cancel my Kajabi Access subscription?
To downgrade or remove your Access membership, please contact our Support. They will be able to assist you in making any plan related changes.
If I cancel Kajabi Access, how does it affect my account? (what happens to my extra sites/pages/etc)?
Once you reach out to Support, they will then confirm the content you wish to keep in your account if you exceed your plan quotas after downgrading.
Is there a 30-day money-back guarantee?
Yes! If you cancel your subscription within 30 days of your first payment, and you would like a refund, please contact support and we will happily issue you a refund.
