How the Program Works

If you’re on Kajabi’s Pro Plan, you’re eligible to work directly with a Dedicated CSM. Here’s what to expect:

1:1 Kickoff Call

Your CSM will schedule a live kickoff session to understand your business, align on goals, and identify immediate growth opportunities.

Ongoing Strategic Guidance

You’ll have access to your CSM through:

  • Email support for quick questions, strategic guidance, or escalations

  • Ad hoc check-ins for live interactions around big moments for your business, such as a new launch, site review, and more.


When You’ll Hear from Your CSM

Your journey with a CSM begins after onboarding:

Step 1: Onboarding & Launch Programming
Start with curated live webinars, guided content, and launch programming to help you reach your first dollar quickly.

Step 2: Introduction to Your CSM
After you’ve had a chance to explore Kajabi and begin building your business, your CSM will reach out to officially kick off your dedicated partnership.
