Learn how to remove the /site/ slug from your custom Website Page URLs.
Warning:
Changing your Page's URL may negatively impact SEO visibility and possible broken links if your page's URL has been shared. Should you continue changing your URL, we recommend only removing the "/site/" portion from your URL and not making any additional changes.
Removing "/site/" from your Page URL
Note:
Editing URL slugs can only be done on Custom Website pages. Unfortunately, this action cannot be performed on your website's System pages.
To remove "/site/" slug from your custom website Page URL:
- Open the Website Tab from the Dashboard and select Pages.
- Click the ellipses (...) next to the page you would like to customize the URL of and choose Edit Details from the dropdown.
- Navigate to the General details card.
- From here you can customize the Page's URL. To remove /site/ from the URL, delete the unwanted text from within the textbox:

When customizing your URLs, be sure to also change the Page's URL in the navigation link as well. Learn how to change your URLs in your Navigation menu.
