When is Live Chat available?
Kajabi's Live Chat hours vary depending on your Kajabi Subscription Plan.
Basic Kajabi Plan
If you are on the Basic Kajabi Plan, you have access to Live Chat during business days from 6am-5pm Pacific Time!
Live Chat is not available outside regular business hours if you are on the Basic Kajabi Plan.

Growth or Pro Plan
If you are on the Growth or Pro Kajabi plan, you have access to 24/7 Live Chat!
How to access live chat from Kajabi
Based on your Kajabi Plan, you can chat with Live Agents directly from your Kajabi account.
To access live chat from your Kajabi Dashboard:
- Log into your Kajabi account.
- Click your profile avatar in the top right corner of your Kajabi Dashboard.
- Then, click Contact support.
Here you can access the Help Center, contact support via email, join a live webinar, start a live chat with an agent, learn about Kajabi Access, or provide feedback. - Select Start Live Chat if available.
- Click New Conversation.
- Enter your inquiry in the text bot field. Please be specific.
- Click the Send arrow.

- Scroll down a Help Center page to the black “Contact Us” banner.
- Click Get in touch:

- If you’re not signed into Kajabi, you can next either click a panel to log in to receive email or chat support, or click a panel to get help logging into your account:

- If you’re signed into your Kajabi account, you’ll be taken to a page where you can either submit a form requesting email support or click a “Chat with agent” button to start a live chat with a support agent:
