What is a Customer? A Customer is a user or contact that has completed a purchase or has been granted an Offer on your site.

To update your plan:
- Open the Settings tab from the Dashboard.
- Locate your Account Settings.
- Select Subscription.
- Click Change plan to select a new subscription plan.
- Use the drop-down menu to select a new plan.
- Once you have selected your new plan, click Confirm change to confirm the plan changes in the popup window:
