You have reached the Contacts limit for your plan. To create more Contacts you will need to upgrade your plan.
Contacts Limits based on Kajabi Pricing Plans

To update your plan:
- Open the Settings tab from the Dashboard.
- Locate your Account Settings.
- Select Subscription.
- Click Change plan to select a new subscription plan.
- Use the drop-down menu to select a new plan.
- Once you have selected your new plan, click Confirm change to confirm the plan changes in the popup window:
