Gravatar is a free avatar creation service that Kajabi works with to personalize and individualize your contacts in your Contacts tab.
It is important to note that Gravatar doesn't change the avatar of your contacts email, but is used to associate an avatar with their email address. This is important to understand because a Gravatar may not automatically display for every contact, instead they are only displayed for recipients with email clients (i.e., Gmail) that support Gravatar.
