- Live Chat: When speaking to a Kajabi Support agent through Live Chat, you can’t add a video as an attachment. However, you can upload your video to a cloud storage software (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive) and share the link to the video.
- Email: When sending an email to Kajabi Support, you can add a video as an attachment to your email. It is important to note that each email provider has their own file size limit for attachments. We recommend performing a quick search to determine the file size limit for your email provider. If your video file size is too large, you can upload it to a cloud storage software (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive) and share the link.
