Add notes
Add and edit notes for your contacts to help you manage your customers and contacts.
To add notes with the contact preview:
- Open the Contacts tab from your Dashboard.
- Select the name of the contact you wish to add your note to.
- Click the
…icon to open more actions. - Click Add a note.
- Enter your desired note.
- Then, click Add Note:
To add notes in the Contacts Profile:
- Open the Contacts tab from your Dashboard.
- Select the name of the contact you wish to add your note to.
- Click Open full profile from their contact preview.
- Open Notes.
- Enter your desired note.
- Click Add Note:
Delete notes
Remove notes to clean up the Contacts Profile of your contact or customer.
To delete notes:
- Open the Contacts tab from your Dashboard.
- Select the name of the contact you wish to add your note to.
- Click Open full profile from their contact preview.
- Open Notes.
- Locate the note you wish to remove.
- Click Delete.
- Confirm your desire to delete the note by clicking Delete again when prompted:
Tip:
Contact Notes are private and can only be seen by the site owner and the customer.
