- Be respectful to one another, as everyone is at a different stage of their journey
- Encourage users and share your knowledge
- Provide constructive feedback and always come from a kind place
- Ask questions when you need help
- When asking questions if applicable add in screenshots and supporting media, so the community can help you solve your question
- Have fun always
We also ask to not share links within the community. If a link is shared we do have the right to remove the post or ask you to edit it depending on the circumstance.

IN THE NEXT 30 DAYS, I WILL LEARN how to write concise copy and create a learning path (flow?) for new visitors to our new website on Kajabi (to be built too) AND IMPLEMENT Storybrand, ICA (not sure yet) and find a suitable a launch method for a high ticket course INTO MY ONLINE BUSINESS.

I'm drawn to your implementation statement about copy.
How are you going about learning how to write concise copy in the next 30 days?1 -
Mahalo Joey for your question! it helps me to make it concrete:
- I have the book Storybrand and I was going to work through it, in hopes, it will help me to keep it simple
- books from the library on copywriting
- let my husband (the authority on what we teach and integrity check) and other people read it.
- use copy templates from a writing membership IΚ»m currently part of.
- make the time for it
To help me write the right copy:
- Create an avatar
- Create a Copybank of what students write in their emails to us, as well as their feedback forms. (seems a bit of a daunting task though)
- Look at examples in the KJ Facebook group units.

That is an EXCELLENT, well thought out answer and plan.
The reason I asked is two-fold.
To help you flush out the plan on paper.
And second, my own "selfish" interests about how someone approaches learning copywriting because I have my WriteFastβ’ Method in beta now...
And I'm always learning about the potential market :-)

Hi, in next 30 days I will learn all basic features of Kajabi and be offering online consulting as my first option. Later I will have first course produced.

Ant, this community is not on Kajabi it is based on our support platform so all you as a user can access ALL of your support right here! That means chat, past tickets, help articles and this community! I am so excited to hear that this layout brings you joy, that is great insight for us! This just allows your support experience to be more seamless with more eyes on questions!

Are there instructions as to how we are supposed to access our past chats & support tickets?
What does the number & up & down arrows on the right side of the message mean?
Is there a way to bookmark or save comments that we find useful for future reference?

DJ Valerie! These are just comments, so if you want to create a new post you can just click +New Post in the top right and people can comment underneath!
All of the updates around Community 2.0 will all becoming from the product team. I am unsure of the timeline for that product theme!
