What does it mean if you get a spinning wheel when you try to implement this?

From what I saw in the wild, a very few people have their checkouts automatically redirects to "checkout.kajabi.com" subdomain. You can test this by going to your checkout page and see if it redirects from your domain towards checkout.kajabi.com.

If this is your case then ECF will not work. It's an inherent limitation set by Kajabi's checkout.kajabi.com subdomain.

As of this writing, there were very few people who have this checkout behavior. Looks like Kajabi is beta testing some features in the checkout page.

My checkout does not redirect to checkout.kajabi.com. I am experiencing the spinning wheel.

If you are experiencing the spinning wheel despite not being redirected to the "checkout.kajabi.com" subdomain, then it has something to do with the way you place the code.

Historically I made some codes that were the predecessor of the ECF script. By any chance do you have them in your system as well? One member had this as her problem. My old codes were there together with the ECF. They don't mix, hence the spinning wheel.

If that's your case then removing the old script will prevent it from conflicting with ECF.

Other than this then I need to inspect your landing page and checkout page.

    Hi Jason,

thank you very much for your code, i'm going to use it asap and seems to work perfectly right now.

Is there any way to get in directly in contact with you to being updated about your code?

    Best

Stefano I'm not sure if I'm allowed to leave emails in this portal, but it's in my website together with the demo of ECF.

Figured out our issue. We had the "old checkout" turned on. Using the new checkout this works great!
