Here are some ways to use the search/filter system to get the data out of Kajabi you need:
It's called "stacking"
For example, let's say you want to see a list of contacts that bought a specific product in the last 30 days:
Here's how you do it:
1. The first filter: select products/ has/[product name]
2. The second filter: activity/contact was added/[time frame]
Don't forget to save this as a segment if you want to see this as an ongoing stat :-)
How this works:
- IF rule #1 is true
- THEN rule #2 is based off rule #1 (the filtered people returned)
in the above example, whoever bought my program (filter #1) in the last 30 days (filter #2 - contact was added) is the list returned.
