How to Contact Kajabi Support

There are 2 ways you can contact our support team:

  • Conversation widget

  • Email

Note: When you start a conversation with us, you agree to our privacy policy and acknowledge that we may temporarily access your account, as needed, to investigate and resolve your conversation.

When you contact us, our AI agent will usually respond first.

Our AI agent is trained on Kajabi’s help resources and the goal is to help you quickly get the answer you’re looking for without having to wait for a human.

That said, sometimes our AI agent won’t know the answer, or you might just prefer to talk to a real person, and that’s okay! We’re here to help. If our AI agent doesn’t automatically connect you with a human, just ask.


Conversation widget

To open the conversation widget, click the circle on the bottom-right of Kajabi or on the help center.

After you log in to Kajabi, you will be automatically authenticated in the conversation widget in Kajabi and the help center. This means your conversation history will be visible in both places.

Notes:

  • If you're unable to see the conversation widget: Make sure you’re not blocking cookies or using an ad blocker browser extension for Kajabi websites.

  • The conversation widget is currently not available on builder pages inside Kajabi (pages, checkout, emails, funnels).

Start a conversation

To start a conversation:

  1. Open the conversation widget.

  2. Click Messages.

  3. Click Start a conversation.

  4. Please include a detailed description of what you need help with. It may be helpful to include a screenshot or video recording.

Click "Start a conversation" in the Messages tab of the conversation widget to start a conversation.

Tips:

  • If you want to share an image, video, or file with us, simply drag/drop it into the conversation. You can also attach it from your device.

  • You can also record voice messages if you prefer not to type.

How the conversation widget works

The conversation widget has 4 tabs:

  • Home

  • Messages

  • Help

  • News

Home

  • Recent message:

    • Quickly see the latest message from a conversation.

  • Status:

    • Get updates from Kajabi’s status page. This can be helpful to check if you’re experiencing an issue.

  • Resources:

    • Featured resources to help you grow your business on Kajabi.

  • Search for help:

    • View suggested articles or search Kajabi’s help articles.

Messages

  • Click Start a conversation to start a new conversation.

  • You can also view your conversation history.

Help

  • Search or browse our help articles, right within the conversation widget.

News

  • Periodically, we'll share updates about Kajabi here. This may include new features or resources.
