If you're using Stripe and wish to receive notifications when a customer changes their payment information (e.g., cancels their subscription) update your customer Subscription & Payments Email Notifications in your Account Settings.
Note: These notifications are only applicable to purchases using Stripe for payment processing.
To update this:
Select Settings from your Dashboard.
Locate the Account section and click Notifications & Privacy.
Locate Customer Subscription & Payments from the Email Notifications section.
Check or uncheck notifications as desired.
Click Save when you are finished:
