If you receive a rejection notice after you submit a Branded App to the Apple App Store or Google Play, the expert team at Kajabi will review the issue and determine what action is needed to correct the problem and create a successful resubmission.
If you added us as an account admin during the intake process, the Kajabi team should also see the rejection notice and reach out to you via email with next steps. If you don't receive a follow-up email from Kajabi, please email the dedicated team at bma.support@kajabi.com.

Best Practices for a Successful App Approval
To ensure a smooth submission process and minimize the risk of rejection from Apple and Google, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Maintain BMA legal pages: Do not unpublish or delete the Branded Mobile App Privacy Policy or Terms of Service pages created by our team. These pages are mandatory for App Store compliance.
Preserve the V1 Test Product: Please do not delete the "V1 Test Product," as it is essential for the initial build and verification process.
Protect reviewer access: Do not edit, customize, or remove the (hidden) BMA app reviewer test contact. This account is specifically used by App Store reviewers to verify your app’s functionality.
Do not alter the review offer: Avoid modifying or deleting the "Branded Mobile App Review Access" offer. This ensures reviewers have the correct permissions to access and test your content.
Use original assets: Ensure all metadata—including logos, graphics, and icons—is original and complies with copyright standards.
Avoid external payment links: Do not add or customize external payment mechanisms (such as third-party checkout links) while the app is in the approval phase. These often lead to immediate rejection.
Adhere to professional content standards: Ensure your app name, description, and graphics do not contain profanity or offensive terms.
Provide substantial content: To ensure reviewers can fully test the app's functionality, your app should contain at least one Course product with 3–5 modules and at least 3–5 videos.
Include a "Contact Us" page: Both Apple and Google review your linked website to ensure members have a clear way to reach you. Maintaining a dedicated "Contact Us" page is a requirement for approval.
