Learn how to view your products from the perspective of your customers.
To view your Product in the mobile app from the perspective of your customers, create a Contact with an alternate email address to your admin login and grant yourself an offer.
Step 1. Create a test contact
Select the Contacts tab from your Dashboard.
Then, click Add Contacts.
Add yourself using an alternate email address to your admin login. If you don't have one, it only takes a few minutes to create and verify a new email address. For this example, I'm using [email protected].

You will then receive a Grant Confirmation email. Follow the instructions in the email to verify your account:
Step 2. Log into the Kajabi mobile app
Then, using that alternate email account, log in to the Kajabi Mobile App:
Open the Kajabi Mobile app. Use your test contact email in the Email Address field, after pressing Get Started.
This will send you through our email verification process. You now can see your products from the perspective of your customers.
You and your members are able to access your courses, coaching and private podcast products from the Kajabi Mobile App.
