Learn how to update your Kajabi plan, view your usage, increase feature limits, and manage paid extras.
Change your plan
Click Change plan.
Review the available subscription plans and complete the in-app instructions to upgrade or downgrade your account:
After you choose and confirm your new plan, you’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle and immediately gain access to all features of that plan.

Plan usage
You can view your plan usage by going to Settings > Subscription & Billing and look at the Plan usage section.
Note:
You cannot downgrade your current plan to a lower plan if your current plan usage exceeds the new plan limits. If you intend to downgrade, please remove the extra features first to ensure you will meet the limits of the plan you wish to downgrade to. Please reach out to Support if you have any questions or need assistance.
Feature limit increases
Need more features (e.g., products, contacts) but not enough to upgrade to the next plan? Manage your paid extras and increase (or decrease) your feature limit to fit your business needs.
To view your plan usage:
Scroll down to see the Plan usage section.
To increase a feature limit:
Open the Settings > Subscription & Billing.
Click Increase Limit for the feature you wish to increase.
Note:
The option to increase your limit will appear when you reach 80% of your limit. If you are on a Kickstarter plan, you do not have the option to increase your limit. You must be on a Basic Plan or above to have the ability to increase your feature limit. Your feature limits are determined by your subscription plan and can be viewed in the Plan Usage section of your Subscription tab in Settings.
Your feature limit increase will align with your subscription plan payments:
If you have purchased an annual plan, your feature limit increase will be charged on an annual basis.
If you have purchased a monthly plan, your feature limit increase will be charged on a monthly basis.
However, if you wish to pay on a split cadence (e.g., Base Plan is Annual and your feature limit increase charged monthly), you will need to reach out to Kajabi Support.
After purchasing an increase, your Paid Extras page will display the features you have increased.

To edit a feature limit:
Open the Settings > Subscription & Billing.
Click Edit limit increase for the feature you wish to edit.
Note:
Decreasing a feature limit is only available if you have not used your increased limit. After using your additional features you will need to contact Kajabi Support if you wish to decrease your limit. Removing a feature limit increase will be treated as a scheduled downgrade and will be removed at the end of the current billing cycle.

Kajabi helps you scale your business with our all-in-one system. However, we know that your business is unique to you and your niche, so your needs may vary. That is why we have developed Kajabi Add-Ons to help you grow your business, but only if you need them.

How to Upgrade Your Add-on
Creator Studio
Creator Studio repurposes your existing content into 40+ types of marketing content for your end-to-end marketing funnel, including social media clips, blog posts, emails, landing page copy, and more. You can create unlimited content from 1 project per month for free.
To create more projects, upgrade to Creator Studio Basic or Creator Studio Premium.
Website Widgets
The website widget Free tier allows you to add 1 website widget to 1 page in your Kajabi account free of any extra cost (i.e. if you have multiple sites in your account, you’ll only be able to add a widget to 1 page of 1 site for free).
Adding more than 1 website widget in your Kajabi account will be subject to an additional cost outside of your base plan fee. Multiple paid tier levels are available for you to choose from so you can pick the add-on plan that best fits your business.
Upgrade your widget tier level any time either inside the widget library.
Branded Mobile App
Branded Apps are mobile course apps customized with your own branding, built and maintained for you by Kajabi.
You can add one Branded App with the Community feature to any Kajabi plan for an additional $199/month above your base plan cost.
You can sign up for the Branded App at any time from the Branded App tab in your Kajabi account. Learn more about the Branded App.
How to Remove Your Add-on
You can manage and cancel your add-ons directly in your account from the Paid Extras page.:
From the Kajabi Dashboard, click Settings → Subscription.
Click on the Paid Extras tab.
Locate the add-on you’d like to cancel (such as BMA or Widgets).
Click the three dots (…) next to the add-on:
Select Cancel Add-On.
In the pop-up window, select a reason for cancellation:
Confirm the cancellation.
Your add-on will be canceled, and the change will be reflected in your account.
