Learn to brand your email marketing settings by customizing the "From Name", "From Email", and "Reply-to" email address, change your company address, upload a marketing email logo, and specify the exact time your automatic emails will be sent out.

Marketing contact address
Your marketing contact address will be displayed in the footers of your emails to comply with international spam laws.
To customize your Marketing Contact Address:
- Open the Settings tab from your Dashboard.
- Then, click Marketing Settings.
- Locate Marketing Contact Address and complete all applicable fields:
Company logo
Include your company logo in every marketing email sequence you send through Kajabi by uploading it in your Marketing Settings.
The image will be displayed at the top of your marketing emails. We recommend uploading a small transparent PNG logo representing your overall brand.
To upload your Company Logo to your Email Sequences:
- Open the Settings tab from the Dashboard.
- Select Marketing Settings.
- Locate Company Logo and Select Image.
- In the dropdown menu, select Upload a New File or Select a Recent File to upload your logo:

Email settings
With Kajabi, you are automatically set up with an email address through our email server (e.g., kajabihelpcenter@c.kajabimail.net) to send your marketing emails.
If you wish to change the "From" information for your marketing emails, update your Email Settings within your Marketing Settings.
To change the From Name, From Email, and the Reply-to email address for your marketing emails:
- Open the Settings tab from the Dashboard.
- Select Marketing Settings.
- There, you can customize the "From" information:
Responses to your emails will be redirected to the reply-to email inbox. If left blank, this will default to your custom "from email address".
However, if neither the "reply-to" address or "From email address" is configured, your site support email will be used.

Email sequence defaults
Configure the default settings you would like to use when creating new email sequences. By configuring the Email Sequence Defaults you can decide the exact time your automatic emails will be sent out.
To configure your default time to send your automatic emails:
- Open the Settings tab from the Dashboard.
- Select Marketing Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to locate Email Sequence Defaults.
- There, you can select the time and time zone in the dropdown menus:
Connect your emails to your custom domain
During the domain onboarding process, CloudFlare will copy existing domain records.
These may include pointers to other services where your domain is used as an Email Hosting service for your custom domain emails.
At the end of the process, CloudFlare will ask you to verify if all the records are correct and copied.
If for any reason CloudFlare missed copying your MX records (that’s for custom domain emails), you can get the domain records from your registrar.
After obtaining the domain records from your Email Service, Login to CloudFlare > Select Your Domain > DNS Page to add them.
