What are transactional emails?
Transactional emails on Kajabi include any email built for the purpose of sending a non-marketing message (e.g., purchase confirmation emails, account changes).
The transactional emails in Kajabi include the automated emails sent by your site and notification emails.
Transactional email sender information
After setting up your site, you may be familiar with the Email Settings located under your Marketing Settings.
These settings include the:
- From name
- From email address
- Reply-to email address
However, the email settings configured in your Marketing Settings will only display for your marketing emails, not your transactional emails.

If you wish to change your transactional emails "From name", update the Title of your site. Learn more

With Kajabi, you are automatically set up with a free email address through our email server (e.g., email@example.com) to send your transactional emails:
It is important to note that this email address cannot receive emails and is meant for the sole purpose of sending your transactional emails.
If you wish to change your transactional email address, you can do so by changing your site's Kajabi subdomain (e.g., kajabihelpcenter.mykajabi.com) in your Site Details Settings.
Changing your Kajabi subdomain will update the front end of your transactional email address. The "t.kajabi" email address cannot be changed or hidden.
For example, the kajabihelpcenter.mykajabi.com subdomain will have firstname.lastname@example.org as the transactional email address.
