Types of Expert Agents
Teaching Assistant
A Teaching Assistant lives inside a Product and answers member questions using the Lessons, transcripts, and Community posts they already have access to. It speaks in the third person about your expertise (“Based on what Coach Sarah teaches in Module 3…”), never claims to be you, and refers members back to you for deeper engagement. Each member only sees answers sourced from content their Product membership grants them access to.Sales Agent
A Sales Agent lives on your Landing and Sales Pages and helps prospects before they buy — answering questions about pricing, what’s included, and which Offer is the right fit. How Expert Agents work
- Agents are powered by AI and trained on materials you’ve already published — your content, transcripts, and Offer details
- They respect access. A Teaching Assistant only answers from content a member can access, and a Sales Agent references the Offers you link it to.
- They live on Kajabi-hosted pages. You place an Agent using the Theme Editor as either a floating chat button or an embedded chat block.
- They’re text-based at launch — no voice mode
