Who has access to the Redesign Beta waitlist?

What does the redesign include?

  • We’re giving a new look to the main areas of the web app by making it more user-friendly and intuitive.

  • Cleaner updated user interface with more customization and better performance.

  • Usability features & updates

  • The initial release of the redesign does not include any updates to the mobile app

What will my members see?

  • The general layout of the app is the same so your members should not have a hard time navigating, they will simply see an updated version of everything.

How long will the Beta period last?

  • The Beta period will last until the end of the year

What can I expect going forward?

  • We will continue to release updates throughout the entire Redesign Beta period to reach parity with the original app as well as planned improvements and improvements based on user feedback.

  • We aren’t able to share specific items, but will be sending weekly/ daily updates in the Redesign Beta Community.

I have questions/ feedback

Can I roll back to the old version if I change my mind?

  • Yes, we can roll back the redesign. A Hero can request it at any time through support channels.

Will the redesign affect the BMA?

  • Yes, the redesigned Communities will be integrated into the BMA later this year. We’ll announce the BMA integration as we get closer to the release.

Do I need to have a community to participate in the Beta?

  • You don’t need a pre-existing community to participate, but you will have to create a new community to experience the redesign.

Note:

Switching to the Beta Redesign will affect all communities in all your sites.
