Adding a Product to an Offer
Bundling products in an offer is a great way to sell multiple products at once. To add a product to an existing offer:
Open the Sales tab from your Dashboard.
Select Offers.
Choose the offer you want to edit.
Scroll down to the Products in this Offer section.
Click Add Product and select your desired product.
A confirmation modal will appear. Choose how to handle existing members' access (see below).
Click Add product to confirm.
What happens to existing members?
If members have already purchased or been granted access to this offer, a confirmation modal will appear. You'll choose one of the following:
Grant access to existing offer members — Current members will immediately receive access to the newly added product.
Only grant access to new purchasers — Only future purchases or grants will receive the new product. Existing members are not affected.
Select the option that fits your intent and confirm to save.
Removing a Product from an Offer
You can remove a product from an offer at any time, whether you're restructuring your lineup, retiring old content, or refreshing what's included. To remove a product:
Open the Sales tab from your Dashboard.
Select Offers.
Choose the offer you want to edit.
Scroll down to the Products in this Offer section.
Click the remove icon next to the product you want to remove.
A confirmation modal will appear. Choose how to handle existing members' access (see below).
Click Remove product to confirm.
What happens to existing members?
If members have already purchased or been granted access to this offer, a confirmation modal will appear. You'll choose one of the following:
Keep access for existing offer members — Members who have already purchased or been granted this offer will keep their access to the product. Only future purchasers will no longer receive it.
Remove access for existing offer members — Members who have already purchased or been granted this offer will immediately lose access to this product.
