Report: Monthly Recurring Revenue From Payment Plans

Updated this week

The Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from Payment Plans report displays the total recurring revenue normalized into monthly amounts from all paying payment plans during a selected date range. It helps you track payment plan revenue growth and understand your predictable income stream. The report includes gross MRR (total payment plan revenue) and net MRR (after coupon discounts). Payment plans are included once they have a successful payment, regardless of trial status. Trial payment plans with setup fees are counted immediately upon purchase, while free trials are only included after the first successful payment. The report excludes canceled payment plans and applies coupon discounts based on their duration and type.

This report is most useful for:

  • Tracking the growth of recurring revenue over time.

  • Measuring the stability of your payment plan business.
