How to manage services and customer payments after canceling your Kajabi account

Updated over a week ago

When you cancel your Kajabi account, there are essential steps you need to follow to manage active subscriptions and services effectively. Below, we outline the key considerations and actions:

Impact of Account Cancellation on Access and Services

  • Once your Kajabi account is fully canceled and your billing cycle ends, platform access, including features like email campaigns, ends. Active email campaigns automatically stop, and no further messages are sent.

  • Customer subscriptions are not automatically canceled when your Kajabi subscription is canceled. While full account access is unavailable unless you reactivate, you can still log in with limited access to manage customer payments and subscriptions through the Payments section.

Managing Customer Subscriptions and Payments

Customer subscriptions continue to bill unless they are manually canceled. To access payment and subscription management after canceling your Kajabi account:

  1. Log in to your Kajabi account.

  2. Select Payments from the side navigation.

  3. If you have multiple sites, select the site you want to manage.

  4. Choose one of the available tabs:

    • Overview

    • Transactions

    • Subscriptions

    • Multiple Payments

From these tabs, you can perform refunds, manage transactions, subscriptions, payment plans, and even disputes, regardless of whether payments were processed through Kajabi Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.
