Use subscriptions and payment plans to collect recurring payments for an Offer. This article shows you how to review, filter, and export every subscription in one table, then set up, edit, and cancel them. Sections that only apply to payments processed through Kajabi Payments say so in their headers.
Note: Kajabi Payments is currently only available to Heroes whose businesses are registered in the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and select European countries.

View subscriptions
The Subscriptions page lists every customer subscription purchase, whichever payment processor handles it. The Payment processor column shows which one.
From the Dashboard, click Sales, then Payments.
Click Subscriptions.
The table includes these columns: Amount, Created, Ends on, Email, Name, Next payment, Offer, Payment processor, and Status. Click an amount to open the subscription's purchase information with options to View subscription, Pause payments, Resume payments, or Cancel payments. To learn more about pausing, see Pause a customer's subscription or payment plan.
Understand subscription statuses
The Status column shows where each subscription stands, for example whether payments are active or paused.
Subscription status | Defintion |
Active | Once the first payment is paid, the subscription moves into an active state. The payment is complete and members have access to their product. |
Canceled | By default, billing will continue until completion or cancelation. A subscription may be canceled automatically depending on automation settings or the payment processor. |
Completed | When the last payment is collected, the multiple payment status changes to 'Completed' |
Past due | When a customer's payment has failed, the status of the subscription will change from Active to Past due. |
Cancels on x date (pending cancelation) | An active subscription is scheduled to to be canceled on a given date. Customer access to products is automatically revoked in Kajabi on the date a subscription is scheduled to be canceled. |
Paused | While the collection is paused, the subscription payment is still considered active. Pausing only affects payments. There is no impact to product access, which must be handled separately using existing methods. |

FAQs
What happens when I pause a subscription?
Pausing immediately stops collecting payments and revokes the customer's access to the Offer. You can pause until you manually resume, or until a date you choose. When you resume, the billing date stays the same as before the pause.
Can I change the billing date and the price at the same time?
Yes. The Update subscription form has both a Set a new price field and a Set a new billing date field. The billing date field is read-only while a subscription is paused or scheduled to be paused.
