What is a testimonial?
Testimonials are statements from customers, companies, and clients about the benefits they received from what you offer. Adding testimonials to your page builds trust with potential customers and gives visitors social proof to help them decide to buy.
Add a testimonials section
Click Website in the sidebar.
Click Website Pages or Landing Pages.
Click the Title of the page to open the editor. Learn more
In the sidebar panel, click Add section.
Select Testimonials to preview the section.
Click Add to add the preset section to your page.
Customizing your testimonials section
Customize your Testimonials Section by editing the feature block(s) and section settings to change the appearance, behavior, and content.

Preset testimonials sections
A testimonials section adds Feature Blocks where you enter your testimonials. Based on the number of testimonials you choose (1–3), Kajabi sets preset widths for an organized layout:

Tip: Kajabi generates preset testimonials sections, but you can include additional Blocks to create a unique section that fits your business.

Add testimonials with the Premier legacy template
If your page was built with the Premier legacy template, the steps above still apply, but the editor looks different. Open the Sections tab and click Add Section.
Note: The Premier legacy template may be outdated. If your page uses the current Website Builder or Kajabi Pages editor, follow the steps above instead.
Customize a Premier testimonials section
Use a background image or color to style your section.
To use a background image, choose Use Background Image, then click Select Image and upload a New File or choose a Recent File.
To use an Image Overlay or a solid color, change your Background Color settings.
You can also change the Testimonial Text Color and Section Spacing.
Add another testimonial
Click Add Testimonial to include more testimonials in your section. Multiple testimonials display as a carousel to visitors. In the editor, they appear stacked so they are easier to edit.
Tip: To show all testimonials in a static row instead of a carousel, use another section such as the features section.
Customize testimonial blocks
For each testimonial block, change the Name, Title, and Text. You can also add a headshot of your customer or your company logo by selecting a new file or a recent file.
