Receiving Payouts
To receive funds from Kajabi Payments, payouts are made directly to your bank account.
You can view your current balance, the status and date that you expect to receive your next payout, and more on the Kajabi Payments Payouts Page.
Payout Schedule
The Payout schedule determines how often Kajabi sends money to your bank account. You may have the option to choose between daily, weekly, or monthly payouts. For weekly or monthly schedules, you can specify the day or date you want the payouts to arrive in your bank account. Please note that although you have selected the date you’d like to receive the funds in your bank account, there may be delays depending on who you are banking with.
The payout schedule doesn't affect the time it takes for transactions to be visible in your balance, but it does control when your funds are paid out.
Additional payout schedules may become available 1-2 business days following your first sale through Kajabi Payments. and any updates you make to your payout schedule will take 1-2 business days to take effect. Please be advised that the availability of daily and weekly options can vary by site based on several factors, including, without limitation, historical processing conduct, product offerings, business types, and content. For more information about how changing your payout schedule affects your transaction disbursements, please refer to the Transaction Delay section below.
All payments and payouts are presented in the dashboard according to the timezone set up on your site.
Transaction Delay
While the payout schedule refers to the cadence at which your funds are paid out (for example, day of the week), the transaction delay refers to the amount of time between when a customer pays you and when the funds are processed and your Payout is estimated to arrive in your bank account.
The transaction delay varies per business and is typically expressed as Transaction Date (T)+ a specified number of days. This means that a transaction will be included in a payout after the specified number of days after the transaction has been met. For example, if your account has a T+2 standard transaction delay and you're on a daily payout schedule, the funds paid out daily would be from 3 business days preceding.
Please reach out to payments.support@kajabi.com for more information about your specific Transaction Delay.
Payout Failure
Kajabi Payments will promptly notify you via email if a payout failure arises. You will also see the payout with a failed status on your Payouts Page. To resolve the issue in most instances, we suggest updating your bank account information or contacting your bank.
