Automated emails
What are automated emails? Automated emails are sent after various transactional triggers including:
After a purchase is made
After a comment is posted to your community.
Kajabi has simplified this process for you by creating default email templates to send to your customers.
But we wouldn't be Kajabi if we didn't give you the reigns when it comes to your business.
That is why your automated emails are templates that you can edit to fit your brand and voice.
Email recipient experience
What will the recipients of my automated emails see?
Customizing your branding settings for your automated email templates gives you more control of your users' experience with your brand.
Build brand recognition and brand loyalty for every moment your users encounter your content whether you are building marketing campaigns or sending transactional emails.
When you add a logo and customize the button color to the primary link in a transactional email, your recipients will connect your message with your brand.

Add a button to an email template
All of your auto-generated email templates display a button except the following:
Community Connect Request template
User Cancelled Subscription template
User Paused Subscription template
User Resumed Subscription template
If you wish to add a button to an email template that does not contain a button, add the following code:
<a href="##{{INSERT LIQUID OBJECT}}" class="btn btn-primary">INSERT BUTTON NAME</a>Then, replace:
INSERT BUTTON NAME with the text you want to be displayed on the button (e.g., Login).
INSERT LIQUID OBJECT with the supported liquid object (e.g., site_login_url) for your email template.
How do I know what liquid objects are available for my email template?
Each email template contains liquid objects that are compatible with that specific email. When you open an email template editor, you will see a list of available liquid objects for the given email template located at the bottom of the editor:
Note:
Use the listed liquid objects only when creating your button. Adding a liquid object that is not listed in the email template editor will not function properly. This can create a poor user experience for your recipients if they attempt to click a button with a liquid object that is not compatible with the email template.
