Learn to manually add Customers onto your site and grant a product Offer during import.
Add a new customer
As you import your contact onto your site, you can simultaneously grant an Offer if desired.
To add a new customer:
- Open the Contacts tab from your Dashboard.
- Click + Add Contacts.
- Select Add Single Contact (or Import CSV to add multiple Customers).
- Enter the information for your contact.
- Select the Extra Actions you wish to apply to your contact (Note: Be sure to select Grant Offer to add them as a customer with access to the corresponding product on your site).
- Confirm the new contact information.
- Then, click Save to keep and apply:

After adding the contact and creating them as a Customer, your new Customer(s) will receive login credentials from the Customer Welcome Email along with the Offer Grant confirmation email sent by your site. Learn to edit the automated emails sent by your site.
