Video Formats Supported by Kajabi

Kajabi can encode and display many common file formats (see the list below), but for the most consistent performance, we recommend uploading files in the MP4 format.

Note:

The maximum file size for video uploads is 4GB. If your video file size is larger than 4GB use a video file compression tool such as Handbrake.

For best performance, we recommend you aim to have your videos fall within these guidelines:

We recommend adhering to 1080p and 5,000 - 10,000 kbps as the max settings for upload, as it will reduce the likeliness of upload errors.

We do not limit your streaming bandwidth.
