Resetting your password
If you are an Account User for a Kajabi site or own a Kajabi site and can't log in, click Forgot password? on the Kajabi Login Page:
If your email address exists in our database, you will receive a password recovery link from Kajabi Support at your email address in a few minutes.
Didn't receive the email?
Check your spam filter or try another email. Keep in mind, if you are a Member of a site owner, then you will need to log into the site you have purchased from.
Updating your password
If you're already logged into your Kajabi account and would like to update your Password to keep intruders away:
- Open the Settings tab from your Dashboard.
- Locate the Account Settings heading.
- Select Account Password.
- Update your password or trigger a password reset email by clicking "Forgot your password?":
Password must include a minimum of 8 characters; supports upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters.
