A Kajabi site is a website run by a business that uses Kajabi. Each site has its own Kajabi site login, separate from the Kajabi login page (app.kajabi.com) that businesses running Kajabi sites use. Use this guide to access the site's content you bought or were granted.
Who this is for: Customers of Kajabi sites.

Find a Kajabi site's login page
Each Kajabi site has its own login page. Its address is the site address followed by /login.
Kajabi address example:
yoursite.mykajabi.com/loginCustom domain example:
www.example.com/loginIf you can't find the site address: In your email inbox, open the purchase or welcome email from the site. Or go to the site and look for a Login or Sign in link in its menu.
Note: Don't log in or reset your password at app.kajabi.com. That page is only for businesses that run Kajabi sites, so customer login details don't work there.
Log in to a Kajabi site with email and password
To log in to a Kajabi site:
In your web browser, go to the site's login page (the site address followed by
/login).Enter the email address you used at checkout, or the one the site added you with.
Enter your password and click Sign in.
The site opens the page you were trying to open. If there wasn't one, it opens your library.
First time logging in: In your inbox, open the welcome email from the site and click its link within 10 days to set a password. The link works only until you first log in. If it has expired or was already used, the site opens the Forgot password page, so request a reset there. If the email has no link, click Forgot password on the login page.
If the login page looks different: Each site can customize its own login page design, so labels and colors may vary from site to site.
Use one email on several Kajabi sites
The same email address can be a customer of many Kajabi sites. Each site has its own password. Resetting your password on one site doesn't change it on the others.
Reset (or create) a password on a Kajabi site
To reset or create your password:
In your web browser, go to the site's login page (the Kajabi site address followed by
/login).Click Forgot password.
Enter the email address, then submit the form.
In your email inbox, open the email with the subject line Instructions to reset your password. If the site uses another language, the subject line is in that language.
In that email, click Reset my password within 6 hours. A page from the site opens.
On that page, enter a new password and save it. The site logs you in automatically.
A Kajabi site password needs 8 to 128 characters. It doesn't need a mix of uppercase letters, numbers, or special characters.
Note: After you submit the form, the site shows If your email address exists in our database, you will receive a password recovery link at your email address in a few minutes. It shows this whether or not your email has an account on the site, so this message doesn't confirm that you have an account.
Password reset link isn't working
The Kajabi site password reset link works for 6 hours, and each new request cancels the previous link. If you use an old link, the page still opens, but the site shows an error after you save your new password:
Reset password token has expired, please request a new one means the link is more than 6 hours old.
Reset password token is invalid means the link was already used, or a newer reset request replaced it.
In either case, request a new reset and use the link in the newest email.
Tip: Delete older reset emails before you request a new one, so you always click the link in the newest email.
Password reset email didn't arrive
If the password reset email from the site didn't arrive:
Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Search for the site's name or the subject line Instructions to reset your password.
Check the email address you entered for typos.
Search each of your email inboxes for the business's name to find which email address your account uses.
If necessary, request the reset again. If the email still doesn't arrive, contact the business running the Kajabi site, not Kajabi Support.
Log in to a Kajabi site with Google
A Kajabi site shows a Continue with Google button on its login page only if Google login is turned on for the site. Some site designs label the button Sign in with Google.
If you've never logged in to the site (not even through the welcome email link): Click Continue with Google. If your Google email is verified by Google and matches the email on the site, Google links to your account automatically.
If you've logged in to the site before: Connect Google once using the steps in "Connect Google to a Kajabi site account" on this page. After that, you can use Continue with Google.
Note: Google sign-in doesn't create an account. You will need to make a purchase or be added to the site by the business first.
Connect Google to a Kajabi site account
To connect Google to your Kajabi site account:
Log in to the Kajabi site with your email and password.
Open the site's user menu and click Settings. Or go to the site address followed by
/settings/account.In the Social Accounts section, click Connect to Google.
In the pop-up, enter your password and click Confirm.
In the Google window, choose your Google account. The Social Accounts section shows Connected.
To stop using Google, click Disconnect in the same Social Accounts section, enter your password, and click Confirm.
If the site shows Unable to disconnect Google, click Create password in that pop-up, enter and confirm a new password, then click Disconnect again.
If the site asks for a password you never set, reset it first using the steps in "Reset (or create) a password on a Kajabi site" on this page.
Authentication failed error
Message: Authentication failed. If first time logging in with a social provider, please make sure you've linked it in your account settings first.
Cause: The site found no customer account for your Google login. This happens when Google isn't connected yet and you've logged in before, when your Google email doesn't match your email on the site, when Google hasn't verified that email address, or when that email isn't a customer of the site.
Fix: Log in with your email and password, follow "Connect Google to a Kajabi site account" on this page, then try Continue with Google again.
Fix login problems in a web browser
If a Kajabi site's login page won't load or won't accept your login in a web browser, try these steps in order. After each step, try logging in again.
Open an incognito or private window and log in there. If it works, a browser extension is likely the cause, so go to step 2. If it still fails, go to step 3.
Turn off ad blockers and privacy extensions such as uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, Ghostery, AdBlock, AdBlock Plus, or Brave's built-in filtering. If that fixes it, add the site to the extension's allowlist.
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the login page.
Try a different browser.
Turn off your virtual private network (VPN) or firewall, then try logging in again. Turn it back on afterward.
