Edit contact information to update names, emails, and any additional fields you have set up in your Forms.

Contact details

On Kajabi, manage contact information with the Contact Details page. By editing a contact’s profile you can update their:
  • Name
  • Email
In addition to name and email, you can update any additional fields you may have set up in your Forms. For example, you can collect and update:
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Tax ID
  • External User ID for third-party integrations
  • Custom Fields
Tip: Set up a page with a Form to allow users to update their details on an individual basis. As long as your user submits the form with the same email address connected with their account, their user details will update. Learn to add a form to a page

Edit contact information

Edit contact information with quick actions made available with the contact preview or update their information through their full profile.

  1. Open the Contacts tab from your Dashboard.
  2. Search the name or email address of the Contact you want to edit.
  3. Click on the Contact’s name.
  4. Select the pencil icon to Edit Contact:

  1. Update the contact’s information.
  2. Click Save to keep and apply your changes:

Edit contact information through their full profile

  1. Open the Contacts tab from your Dashboard.
  2. Search the name or email address of the Contact you want to edit.
  3. Click on the Contact’s name.
  4. Select Open full profile:

  1. Click Edit Details.
  2. Update the contact’s information.
  3. Click Save to keep and apply your changes:
