Email opt-in settings
Your email opt-in settings determine your customers' ability to subscribe to your marketing emails when purchasing your Offer(s).
In the Checkout Page Opt-in settings, you can give your customers the option to opt-in, automatically opt-in, or remove the Opt-In Checkbox from your Checkout Page, altogether eliminating the option to opt-in.
Updating your Checkout Page Opt-in settings will apply your settings to every Offer Checkout Page.
To update your Checkout Page Opt-in settings:
- Open the Settings tab from the Dashboard.
- Under Payment settings, select Checkout.
- In your Email Opt-in Settings, under Enable email list opt-in, choose between:

- Unchecked opt-in box (Recommended): Customers can choose to subscribe to your email list during their Offer purchase by checking an opt-in box at checkout.
- Pre-checked opt-in box: The opt-in checkbox is selected by default at checkout and customers can choose to uncheck this option.
- Disabled: The opt-in checkbox will be hidden at checkout and customers will not be subscribed to your email list.
- Optional: Use a custom message for your checkout email opt-in.
- Under Additional Options, you can choose to automatically sign up customers to your email list when they purchase a paid Offer. When selected, the opt-in checkbox will be hidden on paid offers, and customers will automatically be subscribed to your email list when purchasing an Offer.
- If you're offering Gift Offers, you can display an opt-in checkbox allowing the gift recipient to subscribe to your email list.
Card storage opt-in
Your card storage opt-in settings will determine your customers' ability to store their financial information when purchasing your one-time payment Offers. Learn more
Updating your Checkout Page Opt-in settings will apply your settings to every Offer Checkout Page.
To update your card storage opt-in settings:
- Open the Settings tab from the Dashboard.
- Then, navigate to your Checkout Settings.
- Scroll to the Card Storage Opt-in card.
- Then, choose between:

Opted-out by default (Recommended): Customers can choose to store their credit card information on your site by selecting the opt-in checkbox. If the customer does not select the checkbox to opt-in, their financial information will not be stored on your site.
- Opted-in by default: The opt-in checkbox will be pre-selected during checkout. This setting will store your customer's financial information on your site by default. Your customer must deselect the checkbox to opt-out.
- Disabled: The opt-in checkbox will be hidden and your customers cannot store their financial information when purchasing a one-time payment Offer.
