A Terms and conditions agreement (or Service agreement) requires customers to acknowledge your policies before completing a purchase. Add one to any Offer to support legal compliance and set clear expectations upfront.
Note: These steps apply to the Legacy Checkout only. If you are using Enhanced Checkout, Service agreement settings are managed from the Settings tab of your Offer.

From the Dashboard, click Sales, then Pricing. Select an Offer, click the Settings tab, and scroll down to Customer account settings.
Note: In Offer settings, the Terms and conditions agreement is labeled Service agreement. These refer to the same feature.
